Web accessibility has become a significant issue in the United States recently

The evolution of digital technologies has made the Internet an essential resource for obtaining information, shopping, and participating in social life. However, millions of people worldwide still face barriers that limit their access to the Internet due to disabilities or physical limitations. Therefore, it is crucial that website owners, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), promote accessibility of their digital content to people with disabilities.

Lack of web accessibility can damage a company’s reputation and consumer trust and lead to possible subpoenas from consumer associations and organizations that protect the rights of people with disabilities.

These associations have begun to pay more attention to this issue and take legal action against inaccessible websites. Owners of sites that do not comply can find themselves facing steep fines and damages.

Part of our work also involves assisting our clients in verifying that their site complies with U.S. law.
